Reiki Healing is a wonderfully relaxing therapy where Lifeforce energy is channelled through the practitioner to the client. It helps alleviate emotional and physical problems such as anxiety, stress and pain, bringing the body and mind back in to balance.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) otherwise known as 'Tapping', is a powerful tool to help allay fears and change mindset. It's a talking therapy where we also Tap on meridien lines in the hands, face and upper body. As we do so, we work with feelings, thoughts and words to energise and induce a more positive way of thinking and being.

Reflexology for relaxation and healing.  This is a wonderful treatment for energising the whole body by massaging reflex points on the feet or hands.
