Experience a 30 minute Distance Reiki Healing for yourself or offer this as a gift to another. Distance healing can be just as powerful as in-person, especially if the recipient is able to rest and relax at the same time as healing is being sent but that is not a necessity. 

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Spirit (Rei) Energy (Ki). Another way to describe it may be lifeforce energy - present in all of us and connecting all of us. This 30 minute session can be wonderfully relaxing and healing, whether your challenges are emotional or physical.
