My Fitness Regime
I am my brand, after all, so all the therapies I Practise, I also use on myself and I have a varied fitness regime which keeps things interesting for me.
I like a mix of movement - walking, gym, yoga, boxing and especially strength building exercise with weights, which is great for any age but especially for older women like me.
Lifting gives the body a good shape and helps to burn fat fast. I tend to do something most days but on more relaxed days, I will just walk in the woods with the dog - which helps my mind as well as my body.
I use Reflexology (on my hands), magnets, Tapping and daily meditation and intention to stay in balance. It would be very rare for me to go see a doctor, I don't ever really need to because I am very intune with my body, I listen to it and trust it.
