What is the ‘Shine’ Progamme?

★It’s a one-to-one personal development course over 6 sessions.
★Each session is one hour and the course can be taken at a pace & time which suits you.
★We explore your attitude, beliefs, values and current situation in areas such as Health, Wealth, Work & Relationship with the aim of dispelling the negative and making positive improvements........
★We will focus on your individual needs & what’s important to you at this point in your life.
★Ideally, you will attend in person at the Natural Healing Clinic in Greenwich or The Hale Clinic in London, W1.
★It is for individuals but can also be taken in small groups of family, friends or colleagues.
★The course uses a variety of self development tools such as EFT ‘Tapping’, Guided Visualisation & Meditation and also Reiki Healing & Biomagnetism.

Who Can it Help?

★Any age group or gender; we all need help with self improvement from time to time.
