Want a little bit more of that  'on top of the world' feeling?  Try spiritual life coaching - like life coaching but with a 3 dimensional mind, body and spirit approach,.  I'm not quite on top of the world in this photo - on top of The 02 Greenwich actually, but I do count my blessings everyday.  

Sometimes we life plan and succeed, other times it doesn't quite work out.  We may even succeed but find it doesn't feel quite as good as we had hoped.  But what if we succeeded in miraculous ways we didn't even dream of?  This can happen when we take a more holistic approach to our planning and dreaming.  Dreams don't come true unless you have one, as the old adage goes.

I am an energy healer and I work with clients to raise energy, heighten thought processes and overcome challenges in an holistic way.  I use EFT, guided meditation and other techniques along with ideas and goal setting.  

My clients are from many walks of life and with many different thoughts on what they want to achieve - ranging from those who want more customers for their business to those who want healthier lifestyles and fitness.
