Urine has been used for beauty and healing through the ages.  The ancients used it topically and also ingested it.   It's particularly good for healing rosacea, acne, spots and other inflamed skin complaints.  It's also great for revitalising normal and mature skin.  Here's how to use it ....

The idea is that you use your own urine and the first of the day is best, mid stream if possible as the first bit may be a little acidic.  It's 95% water but the rest is made up of vital nutrients good for skin and healing inflammation.  It's also actually very good for normal skin and you will notice a revitalisation and softness after the very first try.

Capture your sample in a bottle and it's best to go back to bed and use it straight away.  If you can't do that, keep it sealed and in the fridge until you can use it later in the day.

Take a cotton pad and soak with the urine, squeeze so it's not dripping and gently wipe it all around the face or other area of skin complaint.  Allow to dry for a few minutes then repeat, allow to dry and repeat again.  Do this 3 or 4 times and then leave for 15 minutes or longer and wash off.  You may notice a tingling of the skin the first time you try it because it's mildly exfoliating but you will get used to it.

For Rosacea and Acne, try this everyday for a week and you will notice a huge improvement of the skin.  Carry on daily for as long as you wish and then do it 2 or 3 times a week until your skin is noticeably clear.  Rosacea may take a little longer, it's caused by a skin mite, Demodex.  You could also try this at night when Demodex mites are active., the urine will kill them.

Skin complaints are often a sign of unbalanced nutrition and allergies so it's important to identify what that means for you personally (ie. too much sugar, alcohol, acidic foods, smoking, environmental allergens etc etc).  Emotions also play out on the face so if you are hiding your anger, your body may just have to play that out on your skin.  So be honest with yourself as part of your self-therapy and act accordingly..

Love and Light, Susan
